Akamataa
A yokai from Okinawa that appears as a giant red snake, which is unnaturally vibrant in color. It can transform itself into a beautiful human in either gender to seduce and devour other humans. They are also known to impregnate women and forces them to reproduce. The only way of getting rid of the unborn monster is to bathe in the ocean water in the night of March 3rd. They can also make illusions.

- He is there to lend a hand to pretty much anyone who needs it. Wether it be helping a performer practice, or be a fill in for the staff member.

Yuu comes off as a gentleman. Always soft spoken and courteous, but underneath his seemingly friendly smile he is rather cruel and sadistic.
He loves to be around others and likes to socialize with most. Willing to carry a conversation about almost anything. However, that is only because he enjoys seeing people getting frustrated and upset because of him. He has an odd talent of being able to pick out other's weaknesses and use them against them. Although he will act coldly towards a complete idiot, seeing that they are probably just a waste of his time.
Despite his job being a circus assistant, unless you are one of the leaders, he will most likely NOT help you. Rather, he will make your situations worse and just walk off leaving you with a bigger problem. Though, when a leader orders him to do a task, he will complete it swiftly and perfectly.
He is wise and intelligent due to the fact that he's been living for a very long time. But he's rather secretive about his past and the detail information about himself. He has no interest in bonding with people and would rather not get attached to most. Seeing as they'll probably die way before he will anyways. He sees the circus as a job to kill his boredom; and he'll stay as long as things are kept interesting around here.


♥ H i s t o r y :
Yuu doesn't quite remember when or where he was born exactly. All he can recall is that he was different from the other snakes around him. While the other reptiles began to die off in one way or another, Yuu continued to grow bigger and the color of his scales became more vibrant. He didn't complain of course, to him death seemed to be a boring concept and he continued to enjoy living.
As he aged, he began to feel something change inside of him. Gaining intelligence, beginning to learn human language, and more aware of his surroundings; he had gained some sort of supernatural powers. Slowly, he started to discover what he can do with his new gift; such as being able to understand what an ordinary snakes cannot, and transforming his body into another creature. It had taken him some time to transform himself into a human form in either genders, beautiful ones in fact. He quickly learned that other humans are easily attracted to beauty and lusted over such sight. This gave him an idea. Using his shapeshifting powers, he began to prey upon humans nearby his territory. Transforming himself into either a beautiful young woman or a beautiful young man, he lured them into his hold and devoured them whole.
The humans called him the Akamataa - a giant snake demon who tricks the humans using its powers to kill, and eat them. Yuu had grown fond of his title, and happily accepted it. Identifying his species as such from then.
However, as time passed, he had grown tired of the same old routine. Starting to feel pity on humans for their ignorance and their simple minds. How could they fall for such cheap trick over and over? What seemed like an entertainment for him to see these creatures drool over a simple shift in appearance had started to become a disappointment for him. He decided to turn himself back to his snake form and left his home in search for something else to do.
One day, when Yuu had fallen asleep while he was sunbathing, he was captured by a European Scholar. The human found the giant pit viper rare, and had planned to study it in captive. The scholar took Yuu back to Europe with him, intending to put his discovery on display. Being kept in a cage terrified Yuu, at the same time it had made him angry. The first chance he had, he attacked the scholar and devoured him on the spot.
Turning himself back into his human form, he wandered around the streets of Europe. Learning multiple language and studied in many fields, he had traveled all over the continent. Soon, he had come across the circus and found himself in a crowd of many creatures just like him. He had decided to stay with these freaks, seeing as they will provide him with many years of entertainment.

- Because of his long life and many years of traveling around Asia and Europe, Yuu has become Hypercompetent.
- Although he is skilled in many form of arts and fields of study, he does not desire to be in the spotlight. He's happy to just work behind the scenes to support the show.
- He doesn't really care for getting any credits for his work. He just wants to be provided with food, a place to sleep, and entertainment.
- He will address everyone as their Job title/Species name. You have to be very VERY special for him to actually call you by your name.
- He carries around many supplies and props for the performers. Just in case.
- Yes, he can turn into a woman as well. He doesn't care what gender you identify him as. He stopped caring a long LONG time ago.
- Just because he follows the leader's orders doesn't mean he likes them. He really doesn't care.
- He hisses when he talks.
- He does NOT want to have children. Fuck those snot nosed brats. Your girls can sleep soundly at night, don't worry. He won't touch her, I promise. Not even when they ask him to.
- He is rather self conscious about his appearance though, gotta stay beautiful to lure in his meals. 8Ub
