Name: Chief Xander H. Theoden

Science Departement, Area of Expertise: Chief, Paper Work, Misc. Experiments, Mission Reports, Mechanical research, Innocence Research.

History: His family was always involved with the Black Order, his parents were both Exorcist Generals. He was raised to become the new Chief of the Science department since he was not an Accommodator of any innocence. He worked and was educated under Vaun's Grandfather who was the Chief at the time.
Xander's mother was the Exorcist who saved Vaun from the Akuma, and brought him to the Black Order since he was a member of the Order. Xander was told to look after him, and he usually did, along with dragging him into doing mischief and causing trouble (He was the cause of Vaun's eye injury). The day of the Akuma attack 2yrs ago, he saved Vaun from an attack by the enemy. Due to his act, he got a severe burn on his back. However, if Xander didn't pull this act, Vaun may have been killed that day. However he recovered nicely, and is back to being his whimsical self again.

Any extra information the artists would like to add:

- He has gotten much better with Chemical Experiments, however, He still shouldn't be trusted with them.
- Got a bit more serious about his works, but still disappears from his office to run from his job from time to time.
- However once he DOES work, he does a terrific job doing so.
- He is still a heavy smoker.
- He claims to be Commitment phobic. So he doesn't get involved or tied down with relationships.
- He tends to be flirtatious with the Girls and Vaun _{(He's joking of course)}.
- Created the Pervy Tree.
- Also Robin's "Aussie Bro from Another Ho"
